Charlie Heals with $500 from HPAN

Charlie is being fostered by an HPAN board member and will hopefully be accepted by a rescue soon. He was found emaciated and in dire need of care. We covered his vet visit, vaccines, neuter, and blood work, which showed two tickborne viruses living in him, and antibiotics to help beat back the Lyme disease and Anaplasmosis. Charlie is a work in progress, and we are happy to help him find a better path.
