HPAN Helps Four Pups with $492

Four pups, Nala, Sheba, Carmella, and Dora were tied out with no shelter in freezing temperatures when the Blount County Animal Welfare Society stepped in and offered assistance. They literally erected a fence and took dog houses to the owner in the middle of the night! Thankfully, they were able to convince him to surrender the dogs to rescue. That’s when we were contacted about sponsoring their basic vetting and health certificates required for a northbound transport.
