HPAN Helps Put Rover on a Better Path with $300

Rover landed at the Roane County Animal Hospital as a stray. He was adopted, but then came back to the shelter after two weeks with what appeared to be a broken leg. Per the family, he slipped outside and ran in front of a car. X-rays, surgery, and required boarding came to around $1,300. HPAN kicked in $300. Rover will be available for adoption as soon as he is adequately healed, and the shelter assures us they will find him a family who will keep him safe and secure.
