HPAN Supports Early Spaying/Neutering

Three puppies recently pulled from the animal shelter in Campbell County by Ginny’s Pet Rescue, a local non-profit organization, needed to be neutered before being networked for adoption.  Ginny called HPAN, and we were happy to have the opportunity to pay People Promoting Animal Welfare (PPAW), a low-cost spay/neuter clinic in Greenback, TN, for these services.  Now Jasper, Jake, and Job will be ready for their forever homes!
